How we work

From idea to launch in four stages

  1. DiscoveryWe turn your idea into a game brief: genre, platforms, core loop, art style, monetisation and deadline.
  2. PrototypeA playable version of the core gameplay you can test before committing to full production.
  3. ProductionFeatures, levels and art built in milestones, each with a build you can play and review.
  4. Launch & supportStore submission, launch fixes, then updates and new content if you want us to stay on.

FAQ

Questions before starting a game

Which game engines do you work with?

Unity for most mobile and cross-platform projects, Unreal Engine for high-end 3D on PC and console, Godot for lightweight 2D and open-source projects, and plain HTML5 and JavaScript for browser games.

How does a game project start?

With a short discovery call and a written game brief: genre, platforms, core loop, art style, monetisation and deadline. From that we propose a scope, milestones and price before any development starts.

Do we own the source code and assets?

Yes. Ownership of the code, art and design documents made for your game transfers to you under the contract, and you get access to the repository throughout the project.

Can you work on a game we already started?

Yes. We review the existing project first, then join as a co-development team for features, optimisation, porting or bug fixing alongside your developers.

What happens after launch?

We can stay on for updates: bug fixes, new levels and events, store and SDK updates, and performance work based on your players' data.
